We are thrilled to have you on this page! This is where we'll be answering all of your frequently asked questions about the products.
1. Why should I buy an unlocked phone?
A. An unlocked smartphone is a phone that isn't tied to a specific carrier or contract. Therefore, you have the freedom to shop for the latest phones and plans as often — or as infrequently — as you like. Plus, they don't come preloaded with numerous carrier applications that take up space on your phone.
2. What is an international version phone? And is a warranty really worth it?
A. An international version phone is a phone that is meant for a different region of the world but can be used right here in the USA. It's usually less expensive than its US counterpart yet works fine. It's a bargain that the brands don't want you to know about. Thank goodness for Wireless Place!
No, warranties are not worth it. In my opinion, they are an upsell and you will regret buying a more expensive phone just because it comes with a warranty especially when the warranty expires and you never ended up using it. Remember, all our phones come with a 30 day returns period so if you receive a defective phone, you can just return it and we'll issue you a refund. And if your phone/tablet is fine for 30 days, it's 99% likely it'll be fine for at least 2 years.
