In our attempt to ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return your order up to 30 days after you've placed it. If you are not satisfied or have any other issue with your wireless device, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving your return. Please ensure your return is received by us no later than 5 business days after the 30 day returns period has expired.
Prepaid return labels are not provided and any return not due to a defect will be subject to a restocking fee.
